Mark is on his way to meet the appraiser at the house. This will be the big test to see how they handle our solar home - cross your fingers and say LOTS of prayers. Since we are apparently one of the first in our area maybe we could start a business consulting with others who want to do it - or at least charge a royalty fee for everyone who uses us as a comparable! Ha! That will be the day...
We signed the completion affadavit with the builder last week - now to get through closing.
